Memuna takes pride in manipulating soft tissues in order to improve patients’ flexibility, range of motions, blood circulation and stimulation of the muscles. Psychologically, this will also improve patients’ mental alertness and focus, decrease anxiety and stress and improve sleeping patterns. The goal is to maintain an optimal physical and mental wellbeing which will improve patient’s sporting performances. This is achieved by doing hands on work to minimise muscle strain and recovering from injuries.
